Tayside Advanced Motorcyclists

How it Works

You buy the Advanced Motorcycling Course from IAM RoadSmart.  They send your contact details to us then we assign one of our Observers to you.

You and your Observer arrange a series of mutually convenient observed rides.  Each observed ride focuses on a specific topic; bends, overtaking, Motorways, and so on.  At the end of each observed ride your Observer suggests any changes which you should consider.

The timing between each observed ride depends on your availability to practice.

When your Observer feels you are ready they will advise you to arrange for your test.

The test is conducted by an IAM RoadSmart Examiner who is independent from our Local Group.
